Logging in to FxPro Direct
FxPro Direct is the account area: one email-and-password login that sits above every trading account you hold, whatever the platform. The steps are the same in a browser and in the FxPro app.
- Open FxPro Direct. The link opens the sign-in form — same as the “Go to FxPro Direct” button at the foot of this sheet. Any browser works; the FxPro app for iOS and Android is the same portal in your pocket.
- Enter the email address you registered with, then your password. In the app you can skip the password entirely — it can sign you in with a one-time code instead, according to FxPro. And if you have switched on two-factor authentication, expect a code step after the password.
- Lost the password? Use “Forgot password” on the form. The reset goes to the email address you registered with — no other address will do. Platform passwords are a separate matter, managed once you are inside the portal.
Which login goes where
The portal login opens FxPro Direct. A trading platform asks for something different — and rejects portal details without much of an explanation. Match the door to the key:
| Where you sign in | What it takes |
|---|---|
| FxPro Direct — portal & app | registered email + password (app: one‑time code) |
| MT4 / MT5 | trading account number + its password + server name |
| cTrader | cTrader ID (its own platform login) |
| FxPro Edge | no separate login — opens from FxPro Direct |
When the login won’t go through
Six tickets cover most refused sign-ins. Work from the top — the majority are solved by using the right login in the right place.
You’re probably entering portal details where the platform wants the trading account number. Use the number and its own password — not your email — and pick the exact server issued with the account.
Use “Forgot password” on the FxPro Direct sign-in form; the reset lands at your registered email. Check the spam folder before trying again.
An MT4/MT5 login works only on the server issued with that account — re‑select it from the platform’s server list before blaming the password.
cTrader signs in with its own cTrader ID — not a trading account number, not your portal password. It’s created when you add a cTrader account.
The FxPro app is the same portal — it can sign you in with a one-time code, according to FxPro, and it lists 24/7 live chat, per its App Store listing.
A sign-in exists only after registration: register, verify, choose an account, fund it. A demo with virtual funds uses the same portal.
One door, whatever you trade.
Signed in or starting fresh, the way in is FxPro Direct — where accounts are opened, verified and funded from a $100 first deposit, according to FxPro.
